This week I was just using up some things I had in my pantry, waiting for my test run of a stricter Menu plan I will be following next week (starting Monday because of Easter Sunday).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The menu I used this past week&nbsp;is actually just a very very old menu plan that I have had since I first started the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatorganicmom.com\/how-much-have-you-lost-on-the-trim-healthy-mama-plan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trim Healthy Mama plan<\/a>. I found it and had a lot of the ingredients so it just worked out to use it this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was really busy working on a project to help fight childhood obesity, so I didn't take a lot of pictures of my meals, however, if you have any questions about this menu plan, please leave them in the comment section below. The page numbers refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatorganicmom.com\/weight-loss\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">original book, as the new cookbook<\/a> was not yet in existence when I first created this plan. I just happen to enjoy this particular recipe concoction minus the part about cooking with Olive Oil, because you should never cook with olive oil\u00a0no matter what Rachel Ray says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of the huge salad with boiled egg whites, I had two heads of cabbage I needed to use, so I actually just had the Coleslaw from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatorganicmom.com\/weight-loss\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new cookbook<\/a> plus a healthified deviled egg. You can see my recipe for this on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myfitnesspal.com\/recipe\/view\/278594725932717\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">myfitnesspal<\/a> if you are on there. Basically, I just substituted 0% greek yogurt in place of the mayo then topped them with jalape\u00f1os.
