Since winter is upon us, I decide to share some of my favorite healthy soup recipes with you! One thing I add that isn't listed in the ingredients is a clove of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thatorganicmom.com\/garlic-benefits-plus-recipes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">garlic<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>To feel safe and warm on a cold wet night, all you really need is soup.<br \/>\n~Laurie Colwin<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I'm a huge fan of Maangchi and her <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2iznZGS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cookbook<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/Maangchi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">youtube channel<\/a> are among my favorites for Korean food cravings. If you want to incorporate some healthy mushrooms in a soup try\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.maangchi.com\/recipe\/beoseot-deulkkae-tang\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beoseot-deulkkae-tang (Mushroom Soup)<\/a> for something distinctly delicious. It's unusual in that it has some unconventional ingredients that you might think would taste odd but it's actually one of the better soup recipes I've tried especially considering it is weight loss friendly.
